ok so

dabi finally got stopped (idk if he’s dead yet but he might as well be)

and ochako managed to stop toga (maybe. probably. most likely?). i don’t have any thoughts on it really. like “oh ok. and toga’s naked again”

watched a movie. it was pretty good when it wasn’t being bad. because when it was bad. it was bad.

and not for story reasons. oh i wish it was bad for story reasons. the movie i'm talking about is the first n*noha movie because i heard it was better than the series and i did not enjoy my time watching the series! in fact i hate it and it was better than the series! and worse in one very specific way! i will not talk about it unless asked to despite the very specific way it was very bad i have decided to continue my n*noha journey by watching the second season and praying that i doesn't have the stuff that made the first season and movie bad. well the first season was bad for a lot more than the thing i'm being vagu about but y'know at least the movie cut that shit out after stuff started getting serious. almost an hour into a two hour movie. sigh. anyway

i dont really know how to articulate this but its crazy just how many people dont even realize they dont care about female characters. all their faves are men. they never talk about girls without being led into it. and when you try to point this out to them they try to defend themselves that their faves are just the archetypes they like, despite clearly not caring when that same archetype is a woman. like i feel like at a certain point it is your problem with the common denominator if you cant find a single female character to enjoy
